You are also free to transfer your domain to us (.co.uk only), there is no cost for this (unlike many other web-hosts, some charging up to £15).  2Lite will assist you should you wish to transfer your Domain.

How do I cancel my hosting?
2Lite are sure that once you are using our service you will stay with us, however, should you want to leave us at any time then simply email us and we will happily assist you with the transfer of your domain from our service - Please note that there is no charge for transferring your domain from our service, some web-hosting companies charge you for transferring your domain from their service - 2Lite do not. Remember, you are free to cancel the service at any time, for whatever reason. 

How does the online web builder work?
Like our control panel, the web site builder is easy to use and it will take you through step by step building your website.

Will you help with the HTML code of my website?
As much as 2Lite like to assist all there customers, 2Lite cannot offer support for debugging any HTML code as this is beyond the remit of technical support. but if you require a static website or a dynamic website built please contact them for a free quote.

Do you help with CGI scripts?
The CGI scripts which are available in your control panel all automatically install, and they come with have usage instructions, so there should never be a problem.  In the event of a problem with these scripts we can provide support.  However, we do not provide assistance debugging any 3rd party CGI scripts (scripts which you have installed yourself) with this offer, as this would require too much time and is a specialized service.

Will you put the price up?
2Lite believe that excellent customer service is the key to a good business. So don't worry we would never increase our price to catch you out. 2Lite will notify you well in advance of any changes. Remember you are free to cancel our service at any time.

Do you prohibit any website material?
